General Cakes Information
We support next-day pick-up for online standard cakes if you place the order before 11 am.
For custom cakes, we need at least 5 days notice. Please talk to us as early as possible so that more details could be covered.
All of our cakes require refrigeration, preferably at the range of 2-5°C. We recommend consuming the cake within 2 days, especially the ones decorated with fresh fruits.
When carrying your cake keep it level at all times.
Keep your car air conditioned and avoid placing your cake in a spot in direct sunlight.
Ensure you have a flat surface in your car for transport (floor).
If you are travelling with your cake after you take it home, keep it refrigerated so the cake will be nice and firm for travel.
Cancellations to standard cakes must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the said completion date to qualify for refund. Any notice made between 48-24 hours prior will only be qualified for a store credit (this can be used for all further orders). Any notice made within 24 hours prior will not be qualified for any refund or credit.
If you are unhappy with your order, please notify the staff before accepting the products.
Once your order has been delivered or collected, we no longer hold any responsibility of your purchase.
Fresh flowers, iced flowers may vary from original image viewed or provided. Sprinkles and other cake and dessert decorations may vary.
After your cake has been delivered or collected, we take no responsibility for any damage that occurs.
Custom Cakes & Desserts Information
All of our custom cakes are priced out on an individual basis, so we will work with you to figure out exactly what will work for your guest count and budget. Generally, the cost of a custom cake starts with the size, cake flavours, and design work. From there, labor hours are factored in as well.
